Aiming to produce high quality glass beads that enhance the nighttime visibility, durability and performance of road marking systems, Sirius Glass Beads adds value to the road safety sector through modern production technology, robust quality control processes and a production philosophy aligned with international standards.

At its production facility in Aliağa, Izmir, recycled glass is transformed into high performance glass beads through advanced processing technology. Carefully prepared glass fragments are shaped into spheres at high temperatures, cooled under controlled conditions and sorted into particle sizes suitable for various applications. The products, which undergo testing for roundness, brightness, particle size and retroreflective performance, are then packaged and made ready for use and shipment. Sirius glass beads contribute to traffic safety by ensuring that road markings are more clearly visible at night and in low visibility conditions; at the same time, by utilizing recycled raw materials, they support the conservation of natural resources and create value for a sustainable future.
